I'm the Director, Finance & Data Analytics at Planhat, a Series B customer success platform in Stockholm. I own the data and automation layer that Finance and Ops run on: pipelines, models, process automation, and AI on top.

Previously I ran my own practice, Omora Labs, building data and automation infrastructure for SaaS finance teams.

Before that, I scaled finance departments at VC-backed SaaS companies like Catawiki and Gainsight, after starting my career at PwC.

Along the way, the same itch kept coming back: how do you make finance move faster without breaking it? My answer is to run it like an engineering discipline: versioned models, automated pipelines and processes, data the whole company can trust.

I call it Finance Engineering.
